The 17th Annual WCET (Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications) conference for providers and users of educational telecommunications is taking place in San Francisco, California. E-Learning E-Llusions and Triumphs: Reimagining the Academic Ecosystem is this year's theme for the 2005 conference and session speakers will be addressing e-learning policies, practices and technology-supported services.
