Streaming to Handheld Devices

In addition to having access to high-bandwidth networks at home, school and work, many people now use lower-bandwidth devices such as PDAs and smart phones to stay connected at all times.  With the booming popularity of these devices among students in the "Digital Generation," the availability of streamed programming is a growing expectation.
