On the eve of the Supreme Court's decision concerning the Olmstead Case, reversal of which would have allowed states the right to institutionalize disabled people against their wishes, disability rights advocates gathered to demonstrate their support of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Steven Gold discusses the legal implications of possible reversal of the Olmstead Case regarding the independent living options for people with disabilities. Bob Kafka discusses the ethical, lifestyle and medical issues concerning the Supreme Courts actions. Marcie Roth discusses the logistics of organizing the rally.
