The International Wolf Center in Ely, Minnesota, advances the survival of wolf populations by teaching about wolves, their relationship to wild lands and the human role in their future. Andrea Lorek Strauss, the International Wolf Center’s National Information and Education Director, uses remote-controlled cameras positioned inside the center’s nature preserve to observe the wolves, gives a preview of the Wolves and Humans exhibit, and explains how students can learn valuable lessons from staff naturalists about wolf life and habitat.
