Significant health inequities challenge our nation and the state of Kentucky, with many segments of the population at elevated risk from preventable causes of death. Drawing on examples from several community-based projects focusing on cancer prevention, this video from the University of Kentucky examines methods for promoting health and preventing disease in traditionally underserved rural regions.
